At TechWave Designs ("we", "us", or "our"), we are committed to honoring the intellectual property rights of others and we expect our users to similarly respect these rights. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent, as detailed in the notice template below.

If you are a copyright holder, have the authority to act on behalf of one, or are otherwise entitled to enforce an exclusive right granted by copyright, we encourage you to report any suspected copyright violations occurring on or via our website (the "Site"). This should be done by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving this Notice in the format outlined below, we will take any necessary action that we consider appropriate, which may include the removal of the disputed content from the Site.

• 1. Identify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed; if multiple works are involved, please provide a representative list.
• 2. Specify the material or the link you claim is infringing (or related to infringing activity), including at minimum the URL of the link displayed on the Site or the exact location where the material is found.
• 3. Include your company affiliation (if relevant), along with your mailing address, phone number, and, if possible, your email address.
• 4. In the body of the Notice, include both statements:
• * "I declare that I have a genuine belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material has not been authorized by the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or the law (such as under fair use)."
• * "I affirm that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or an exclusive right under the copyright that is said to be infringed."
• 5. Provide your complete legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, individuals who knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing may be held liable.

If you believe your removed content (or content access that has been disabled) is not infringing, or you have permission from the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or under the law to share and use that content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or its access was disabled, and where the content was located prior to removal or disabling;
• 3. A statement asserting that you genuinely believe the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
• 4. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement confirming that you will accept service from the individual who provided the initial notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may forward a copy to the original complainant, providing notification that we may reinstate the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files a legal action against the content provider or user, we may restore the removed content or access to it within 10 to 14 business days or more, at our discretion.

In line with the DMCA and applicable laws, we have established a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, the accounts of users deemed to be repeat infringers. Additionally, we may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate accounts of any users infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether a repeat infringement occurs.
